How does Fractional Ownership work?
We buy a property and set up an investment trust, dividing the home into 4-8 fractions or shares. Each fraction represents a real ownership stake in the property and allows access to the home for a certain number of weeks per year. Each home is furnished and fully equipped, ready to be enjoyed.
We make sure that every co-owner has a turnkey experience; we manage the estate so that the owner doesn’t have to worry about anything. Every client pays a single monthly fee that covers all expenses, including property taxes!
All owners have access to our proprietary booking app, where you can reserve dates anywhere from 2 days to 2 years in advance, swap time with other owners, and even sell your fraction!
